Hackney Borough 30cm Lampshade

Lampshade measures 30cm in diameter and 25cm in height.
Lampshades are handmade in our London studio using Organic cotton, with white lining.
Fabric is locally sourced and printed in London using eco-friendly inks. Shade frame is also locally produced in London.
All lampshades are printed and made to order.
Print is multi-directional, it will look great as a shade for both a table lamp and ceiling pendant.

Hackney Wick's ballsy little brother, the Hackney Borough range is the larger and louder Hackney print. Same print, larger scale.
The Hackney range was one of the first designs produced by Pogono. Wanting to celebrate our Hackney roots we decided to try and encapsulate the vibrancy of our East-End heritage, once the manufacturing heart of London, Hackney is still a beautifully creative and multi-cultural hotspot for design.
Generations of our family lived and worked in the East End as tailors and printers, and it seems fitting that the idea for starting our own studio came from here too.
The range was primarily designed to work well in kitchens and dining rooms, as well as outside. The woven Organic Panama fabric has a beautiful natural fleck running throughout which gives the print a lovely textured quality.
